Please note.

- Reservations of 7 days or longer made from the 23rd December to the end of
February will require a 20% deposit to be paid.

Cancellation Policy
Should we not be able to replace your cancelled booking the following will apply:
When a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the intended date of stay, 20% of the total accommodation cost is payable.
When a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the intended date of stay, 50% of the total accommodation cost is payable.
When a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the intended date of stay, 100% of the total accommodation cost is payable.
Note: When booking online you agree to the cancellation policy of our system operator - Vianet.
We recommend travel insurance.
